The Eifel Tower is one of the most easy to recognize symbols across the world. Millions of people travel to Paris, France each year to visit the famous tower, but few people can actually say they’ve climbed it.
James Kingston is one of those people. The 25-year-old daredevil is known for climbing buildings that are crazy-tall. The Eifel Tower is certainly not the tallest building in the world, but it is the tallest structure in Paris.
The tower is 324 metres (1,063 ft) tall, about the same height as an 81-storey building. However, climbing it with no support system is definitely a death-defying challenge. Not to mention the fact that what this guy did is highly illegal.
The man began his climb at around one o’clock in the morning. Taking advantage of the fact that it was dark out, the man managed to get unnoticed and get on with his plans to tick the Eiffel Tower off his list of buildings he wants to climb.

It took him and his friend about eight hours to climb all the way to the top. After, the two were brought down by the police for questioning.
