Angela Thurber posted this video on Youtube and gone viral, with more than 1,5 mil views. This is 5-year-old Rilee and she has Achondroplasia. Achondroplasia is a form of short-limbed dwarfism. It is the most common form of short-limbed dwarfism and effects 1 in 15,000 to 40,000 newborns. The effects of it are visual and result in a shorter stature because of their shortened limbs, but there are no mental differences known to occur.
