It’s easy to look at the news and all the horrible things going on in the world and say there is nothing you can do to make the world a better place. However, the truth is that simple gestures of kindness you do without expecting anything in return can go a long way and truly make a difference in someone’s life.
The simple display of kindness in the video below was captured by a woman named Tina who decided to make it public via her social media account. The woman was enjoying a day of pampering at a local salon when she saw a blind man with a cane entering the salon. It was obvious to her and everyone else that the man had wandered there and was extremely confused of his surroundings.
But before anyone got a chance to do something, a security guard came rushing in. As Tina was to find out, the security guard was there to help the man get to where he wanted to go safely. Without having any responsibility for helping that man, other than a moral duty, the security guard took time out of his day to help a stranger who needed it. Take a look:
