Every wedding is different, but most of them don’t involve one of the bridesmaids jumping into a lake while the wedding photographs are being taken. Rosie Hardy, a wedding photographer in the United Kingdom, captured the incredible moment one of the bridesmaids at a wedding she was photographing jumped in the water to rescue a duck. The wedding party was in the middle of the photoshoot when they started hearing sounds of an animal in peril. Dressed in her formal gown, one of the bridesmaids immediately sprang into action, wading knee-deep into the lake to rescue the distressed animal. The photographer later shared the images on Facebook with the caption: ‘Faith in humanity: restored’.
