The Christmas tree is one of the most iconic symbols of the holiday season and today’s Christmas trees are more unconventional than ever. From trees made of unusual material to avant-garde Christmas trees, the one thing they all have in common is the fact that they are big on imagination.
But although you’ve probably already seen many of these creatively-designed Christmas trees, I bet you’ve never seen anything like the one in the video below. During the opening ceremony of the Nanjing Youth Olympic Games, no less than 500 fabulous acrobats joined forces to create the biggest human tree-shaped formation ever.
The sight is a memorable one that takes the concept of the Christmas tree as a centerpiece to the next level, and it’s definitely something you need to see to believe. The attention to detail that went into orchestrating this wonderful routine is downright incredible and the execution was flawless as well.
Every acrobat executed the right moves at the correct time to create stunning images of what basically is a human Christmas tree. It’s incredible what these men and women can do, so make sure to take a second to share their performance with others.
