An elderly man in the UK has never ceased to love his wife who died in 2003. Moreover, he kept a voicemail with her voice for 14 years. The man declined changing his telephone company over the years, for fear of losing the message. But this year, the company conducted an automatic upgrade system, and the man thought the message was gone for good.
The 68-year-old called the company telling employees what that message meant for him. Ten engineers started working around the clock. Fortunately, they were able to recover the recording and surprised the man. This is how he reacted:
