Adrianne Lewis, an 18-year-old teenager from the UK, is the proud owner of one of the world’s longest tongues. Her tongue measures a whopping 4 inch which makes it worthy of being in the Guinness Book of Records. The current record holder is Nick Stoeberl’s 3.9-inch long tongue. Adrianne become world famous after a photo of her sticking her tongue out went viral online. Her tongue is not only longue but also flexible.
