It Hard To Listen to This 6-Year-Old Girl Call 911 and Not Cry For Her

Studies show that 3-4 million children between the ages of 3-17 rare likely to be exposed to domestic violence each year. U.S. government statistics say that 95% of domestic violence cases involve women victims of male partners. The video below is a recording of a call 6-year-old Lisa made to the police to report her stepfather beating her little sister and mom. It’s absolutely chilling to hear the fear in the little girl’s voice as she begs the dispatcher to help her and send the police. Although she contacted the police many times during the years her mom was abused, Lisa was never separated from her stepfather as a child.
