It was the first time little Sophie who lives in Ireland met her great grandmother aged 82. The woman suffers from dementia, and Sophie’s parents were a bit worried about how the little girl is going to respond seeing a person in that condition. But Sophie’s reaction exceeded everyone’s expectations. Instead of being scared, Sophie got close to her and began to sing. This has to be one of the most touching videos I’ve seen in a while.
