One of my best friends in high school had her face covered in freckles. She was the only one in our class who had freckles, so she would constantly try to hide them with makeup, even though I thought she looked beautiful. Unfortunately, she was sometimes being bullied because she had freckles, which only made her feel even more self-conscious. Over time, she started to feel more confident and take pride in her freckles. And she has all reasons do so. Freckles are beautiful. Photographer Brock Elbank thinks so too. He creates stunning portraits of people who have freckles to show just how beautiful they are.
