A 15 year old boy from Romaia, Cenei, Timiș County, who had been reported missing by his family, was killed by two minors and buried in the yard of one of them. Police detained the two suspects and are continuing the investigation to establish all the circumstances of the crime.

A minor and a 21 year old young man were questioned on Wednesday afternoon by prosecutors in Timiș, while another minor, aged 13, is at the Child Neuropsychiatry Unit in Timișoara for psychiatric evaluation. All three are suspects in connection with the killing of the 15 year old boy from the commune of Cenei, Timiș County, whose body was found buried in the garden of a house.
“Two of the three suspects are being questioned, and the youngest, aged 13, is undergoing psychiatric evaluation at the Child Neuropsychiatry Unit,” the press office of the Timiș County Police Inspectorate told Agerpres.
According to preliminary findings of the investigation, the conflict reportedly began in front of the 13 year old minor’s house. One of the suspects allegedly struck the boy with an axe, after which he was also assaulted by the others. The teenager’s body was taken by forensic doctors for an autopsy.
The suspects went to school as if nothing had happened.
The mayor of Cenei, Sîrgean Tanasin, said that according to information circulating in the community, the teenagers frequently skipped school and there had been previous incidents of violence between them.
“There are rumors that they used drugs. We do not know for sure yet, but a friend of theirs told me that the conflict may have started because of drugs,” the mayor told Radio Reșița.
According to information available so far, the victim was allegedly struck in the head with an axe. His clothes were then set on fire, and his partially burned body was buried behind a house, in an outbuilding.
The mayor also said there is no data indicating the involvement of the parents in committing the crime. He added that the suspects went to school as if nothing had happened.

A terrifying crime has shaken the community of Cenei, Timiș County, after a 15 year old boy, Alin Mario Berinde, was killed and buried in a yard. The incident came to light after the teenager’s family alerted the police about his disappearance, and authorities immediately launched an investigation.
The boy had been reported missing after leaving home on Monday, January 18, riding his scooter and never returning. His mother notified the police the next day, January 19, and officers began searches in the Cenei area, checking places the boy was known to frequent.
During the investigation, police first found the teenager’s scooter and boots hidden in a bush. Continuing their searches, they then discovered traces of blood on the street and in a yard in the commune. These signs led investigators to a shocking discovery: the boy’s lifeless body had been buried in the yard of the 13 year old minor, one of the two main suspects.
According to initial information, the perpetrators of the crime were allegedly two minors aged 13 and 15, who were detained and are currently being questioned, while forensic investigators exhume the child’s body and collect evidence, according to sursadevest.
In addition, a 21 year old young man is involved in the investigation as a possible witness. Authorities are examining his role and trying to determine whether he was a direct witness or had relevant information for the case.
