Shy and Terrified of Failing, Young Woman Mesmerizes Judges with Unforgettable Performance

The thought of having to perform on stage in front of a large audience is enough to make most of us feel uncomfortable. It’s not easy being the center of attention and making yourself vulnerable to criticism and judgments.
Now, it’s true that for some artists and performers out there, being on stage comes natural. But for Alice Fredenham, the fear of failing almost stopped her from giving it her best during an audition for Britain’s Got Talent.
The young woman was terrified of the judges and of them telling her that she was wrong to come there and that she has no talent. Luckily, she managed to overcome her emotions and delivered a performance that left the judges, as well as everyone watching from the audience, in complete awe.
Alice choose to do a rendition of the hit song “My Funny Valentine,” and judging by the strong positive reaction she received from the audience, this was definitely the right choice.
The best things happen outside of our comfort zone, and this is just one more proof that this is true. Alice’s talent and her determination to face her fears is what ultimately helped her fulfil her dreams. Take a look:
