Many places in the world are not even equipped with basic things such as ramps to support the needs of people who are in a wheelchair. The stair climbing wheelchair could definitely help in this regard in spite of the fact that some authorities are not willing to invest in adapting the built environment to make it more accessible to wheelchair users. The wheelchair is electric powered and balances on two wheels while driving on even ground. It was invented by a group of student in Switzerland and is still undergoing testing, but it’s definitely something that could change our world for the better.
