Puppies learn new things every day, but sometimes they need an extra push so they can build up the courage to experience new things for the first time. The cute puppy named Scarlett in the video below managed to get upstairs but was too afraid to come back down. Even though her loving owner was cheering up for her trying to make her build up the courage to come downstairs, Scarlett just wouldn’t do it.
