Audrey Shook knew she wanted to adopt since she was in high school. But when she got pregnant, she put the idea on hold. Then, nine years later, she and her husband saw a clip from an orphanage in China and fell in love with Lucy, a little girl with Down syndrome. Thus began a journey to adopt the special need child.
