Most videos out there that show police contacting citizens usually don’t end well. But the video below is definitely an exception to the rule. What starts like just another arrest video ends up with a hug. Deputy Constable Felix Barrigan noticed a man who was asking people for money in a busy intersection in Texas. When he and his partner approached him, the man unexpectedly started to cry. As it turns out, the man was trying to raise money to get back to his family in Seattle. Instead of giving him a ticket, the police officer went back to the squad car, got a hundred dollar bill and handed it to the man.
