Peter Eveson, a British man aged 59 years, simply wanted to do a good deed. After discovering that a house on his neighborhood was robbed, he called the police and reported the incident. It was then when his son aged 39, began to tremble. The man asked him if he knows anything about the robbery, but the son denied. Only later, during the investigation, he admitted he was the burglar and was sentenced to 18 months in prison.
The man already had a fairly consistent record with 39 convictions for 79 offenses.
