As a parent, you have to wear many hats. You have to act as your child’s teacher, you child’s cook, your child’s friend, your child’s driver, and the list could go on forever. There are a lot of responsibilities that come with being a parent, but there’s also a right all parents have that makes it all worthwhile. I’m talking, of course, about parents’ right to embarrass their children every once in a while.
Now, all parents can choose how to use this right to their advantage, but to get that full impact, parents often choose to embarrass their kids in public, preferably in front of their friends.
It’s harmless, of course, but can give incredible satisfaction to tired parents who have to deal with constant yelling, constant complaining, and just their children day-to-day mood swings.
As it turns out, it’s not only human parents that know how to take advantage of this right they have. Dog parents have just as much fun embarrassing their offspring. And you know what? The puppy’s reactions are very similar to those of kids, as well.
