Patricia Krentcil was named “world’s most tanned woman” after she admitted she was tanorexic (addicted to tanning). She was widely criticized when she acknowledged that she takes her five-year-old girl to her tanning sessions.
Now, Patricia says she’s cured of her tan obsession. Instead, she became addicted to plastic surgery, especially with Botox injections. She now wants to restore her skin’s elasticity which was left rough as a result of excessive artificial tanning. Just a few years ago, Patricia couldn’t conceive her life without tanning, but now she says it was all “a huge mistake”.
