Samantha Feast, a woman aged 43,has managed to lose 170 pounds in a year.
Her transformation started after the woman saw herself in a photo taken during last year’s winter holyday. Samantha couldn’t believe how much she weighed, so she decided to take action. Her desire was to look completely different for the 2014 Christmas.
It took a lot of ambition, drastic dieting at first,and then lots of exercise, but in the end she managed to lose 170 pounds.This year, the woman took another picture of herself next to the Christmas tree. The change is more than visible which makes Samantha happier than ever!
