Muharrem, a young man from Turkey, is just one of the millions of people who have a hearing problem. Without him knowing it, the man became the main character in a clip for Samsung. In order to promote their new video call center for people with hearing disabilities, Samsung Turkey gave Muharrem a taste of what his world could look like with no barriers. The process required one month of preparation and many sign language trainings. Then, they set up hidden cameras around the city to capture Muharrem’s reactions when ‘strangers’ on the street start using sign language to communicate with him.
