William Martins Coutinho is an animal lover and rescuer. Francisco, an abused dog, was one of the most severe cases he has ever encountered. When the man found him, Francisco was in terrible condition and had little chances of survival. However, William was determined to help him. It’s amazing what some love and care can do. The before and after pictures speak for themselves. What a great man to care so deeply about a wounded animal and have the patient to nurse him back to safety. We definitely need more people like him in the world.
