Rescued Puppy Mill Dogs Get a Second Chance

You’ve probably heard about puppy mills. A puppy mill is a commercial dog-breeding facility. Their main concern is to make a lot of profit with little overhead cost. This means they house dogs in overcrowded and unsanitary conditions with no adequate veterinary care, food, water or socialization. The video below shows the busting of a huge puppy mill that had been operating in Georgia since the 1980s and everything that followed: the dog being taken to proper centers, adoptions and a very special reunion that took place one year after. Please share this clip and help raise awareness against animal abuse.
