Gianuluca Murisciano, a young man from Italy, posted a picture on Facebook that has touched hundreds of thousands of people. The image managed to collect over 400,000 likes on Facebook.
The picture shows the man taking care of his grandmother, Antonia, aged 87, who suffers from Alzheimer’s. The old woman’s disease is so advanced that she often fails to even recognize her nephew. Gianuluca said that he posted the picture to remind people that “life must be lived”. The Italian added that he grew up with his grandparents and that it was now time for him to take care of them.
