To make your delicious apple pie taco you’re going to need apples, some flour tortillas, 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly compacted, 2 tablespoons butter (salted or unsalted is fine), 2tsp ground cinnamon, 1 cup caster (superfine) sugar, 300ml whipping cream and enough canola oil to cover the bottom 2cm / 1/2″ of a saucepan or frypan.
